This digital illustration depicts an everyday scene with two characters in a room: nine-year-old Rodion relaxing on a couch, and Victor standing frozen behind it. Characters and Poses: Rodion: In the foreground, nine-year-old Rodion reclines on a light beige couch, casually resting his left arm over the armrest. He has brown hair, light blue eyes, and a relaxed smile. He holds a smartphone in both hands, watching a show from which music is playing. He is wearing a gray t-shirt, dark green pants, and white socks, with a houndstooth-patterned pillow resting behind his back. Victor: Standing behind the back of the couch, Victor wears a dark turtleneck and has messy dark medium-length hair. He has paused in his tracks with a puzzled, startled expression — his eyebrows are slightly raised, and a question mark with an ellipsis ("...?") is drawn near his head, indicating he has just heard something painfully familiar coming from Rodion's phone screen. Details and Text: The artist's signature, "chiisanaka", appears in the top left corner. On the left side of the frame, overlaying the couch cushion, translucent gray handwritten text presents the translated English lyrics playing from the show on the smartphone: "Instead of heat — green glass," "Instead of fire — smoke." "A day has been snatched from the calendar grid..."
