Ecotrail Wicklow 46km (actually 47km due to a bit of wrong turn). Lovely day but tough terrain which came close to my limit. Remember the old saying - “What doesn’t kill you always gives you the chance to register for next year so it can try to kill you again” #ecotrail #trailrunning #runningpunks

Good morning. The sky was amazing. It was blazing.. 63F, partly sunny. Saw a climbing squirrel & geese. Legs were heavy from yesterday's intervals so took it super easy. Glad this is a cutback week. Came back for 💪abs & pushups. Happy Taco 🌮Tuesday. Enjoy your workouts. #runningpunks 🏃‍♀️🌸

Morning. A tad cooler but still humid... 70F. The moon was out & there was a beautiful sunrise on the trail. Run was recovery. Knee was still bugging a tad where I got bit yesterday. Came back for a quick 15 min spin to flush out the legs. Enjoy your Sunday adventures. #runningpunks 🏃‍♀️🌸
