Turnbull: I think it's important it come back as a report. I don't think we should put a timeframe b/c that will be up to the province. #yqrcc

City Clerk: The option for number for 3 is that it would be publicly disclosed as a report to council. Or it could be made publicly available on the city website & not as a report. #yqrcc

Admin: Number 3 asks admin to ask the province for a number of things. What is expected of information we get? Asking for info is easy, happy to do it. #yqrcc

Turnbull: This isn't just happening in the RM. It will affect Regina. So we need to get information for our community. People are willing to provide. Everyone just wants to know. That's all this is. #yqrcc

Turnbull: There were a lot of fears that council would turn into a circus. That didn't happen. People came here & had a respectful conversation. That's what happens when major things happen in our backyard. #yqrcc

Turnbull: That is what unites all the delegates. I wish I could say the same about this council.
Often we have motions that help inform our decisions. This about getting answers for questions from the public. This is a scary thing full of risks & opportunities. #yqrcc

Turnbull: This is not an ordinary situation. It's not everyday a $55billion project and unique in the country lands on our doorstep. Everyone who came today, regardless of where they fell on AI, wants accountability & transparency. #yqrcc
