To conclude our "rarely seen" themed week here's "Suffolk Landscape" by Walter Steggles from 1931. Judging by the windmill in the background, I believe that this view was possibly taken near Belton (which was then in Suffolk) because Wally also painted "Belton, Suffolk" in 1932. #WalterSteggles
