Impromptu rapier lesson with Luiza at a recent SCA event.

They wanted to learn how to perform the passata sotto. So we started off looking at a few variations and then we ran through some basic drills to get a feel for the timing and use.

Our lesson started with exploring how to set up specific situations and reactions from our opponent. And to mix it up, we looked at the blade pressure.
