Leaellynasaura amicagraphica... or not???? according to some, the tail material can't be confidently assigned to the species. either way, something had a ludicrously long tail in early cretaceous australia for sure.

In the woodlands of late Triassic Tanzania, a resting Dinodontosaurus isiyavamanda is run over by two small dinosaurs (it couldn’t care less). Inspired by the very recent publication of this new African dicynodont, and the @skeletoncrewpaleo.bsky.social video about it! #sciart #paleoart #mesozoic

Its forelimbs are arched forward and outward on the ground, tipped with robust hands and five curved claws. I've been wanting to draw a #Presbyornis #pervetus for a while now. It is #Mesozoic bird related to the waterfowl. The look was inspired by the Labrador duck, though that does not really show in the final product. I was inspired by the Egyptian goose and then the pink eared duck too.

A Rebelle illustration of a prehistoric bird known as Presbyornis pervetus. The animal has a long duck like beak, a long neck, and long legs with webbed feet. The wings, tail, and "ear" feathers are supposed to be iridescent but I don't think I did all that great of a job with that. The background is supposed to be transparent but I don't think Bluesky will allow that.
