Can the extent of surgery influence survival in septal melanoma?

In this study of 11 patients, mean survival was 250wks after subtotal septectomy or rhinectomy vs 104wks following endoscopic debulking & chemoradiotherapy.

Among children of #Melanoma survivors, a telehealth behavioral intervention did not reduce sunburn over time vs an active control, but it was associated with lower child-reported sunburn immediately postintervention and better #SunProtection behaviors.
