NYCACC has a $1.5 billion dollar budget and a 34 Year Contract thst doesn’t expire until August 31, 2052. It’s an utter failure in management. NYC needs to break the Contract. Otherwise there’s no hope for positive change, they’ll keep killing even more dogs and cats. They already kill so many 😞
