Getting ready for the big lift — a massive crane has arrived at the abutments of the new bridge across the #RoyalCanal just east of #Maynooth. I'm guessing some big low loaders with giant concrete beams will start arriving on Monday morning!

Congratulations to Stephen Seaman and the Maynooth Campus Grounds Team on such a wonderful respectful use of the natural landscape on campus.

I snapped this beautiful Painted Lady #Butterfly in @maynoothuniversity.ie. #Maynooth
Wish I could attend but very sadly I can't as Co. Antrim is closer to Scotland than elsewhere in Ireland!!! #Maynooth #medievalsky
