I’m a #Geriatrician who administers these all the time. You don’t ask the questions in the order they are on the page, you ask them from easiest to hardest, and the hardest is the trails test and clock draw at the top of the page.
That’s why only trained #healthcare professionals should administer

Another advantage of being a #Geriatrician -field is vast majority women and higher than average number of men (especially under 50 yo) are gay, happily married/partnered and really like working with women.

I cannot understate how thrilled I am that I decided in early 2000s to not to touch #tech.

beauty of being a #Geriatrician is I can bring iced coffees to interviews and still get offers. how much demand >>>>>> supply.

Just saying to the pre-meds out there. It's a good life. What you don't get in $$ you get in baked and crocheted goods from #patients and high demand during #recessions.

Yeah I honestly have been pretty sheltered from this. I am youngest child and second youngest on both sides of my very large extended family, my grandparents died when I was a teen in home of another aunt/uncle and my parents have been in good health. I don’t think it makes me bad #Geriatrician

I definitely would have been PhD student who would have wanted the 90 yo faculty member as my dissertation advisor, and everyone would have been like “you know, I don’t think this will work out, have you considered being a #Geriatrician?”

(My favorite HS teacher, European #history, was almost 65)

Given these are 3 of the oldest average population states in the country, 100% in my #medical opinion as a #Geriatrician, this is…not great. (Black is diesel fuel oil)

as my first love always was and will be the #humanities, I definitely gravitated to the field where it is an essential part of the art of #medicine. So happy being a #Geriatrician

I’m a #Geriatrician. That surplus ain’t coming to us. It goes to surgeons and people who make money for the hospital. And that does not account for the #Medicaid cuts, we have a lot of newly #uninsured patients. money is finite and needs to come from somewhere

FWIW I do have two half Indian half white #Geriatrician colleagues around my age (slightly younger) and yes both are pretty but they also have busy careers and marriages and children and are also good humans who are not high on their own supply and have never mentioned they’re mixed race ever
