Had some free time today and started to a carve some of the initiative tiles I’m making for my #dragonbane campaign. It took about an hour to do two (of ten). I may regret my wood selection. But too far in to start over now!

Here's a partial rough map of the area around Char. Most of the action will take place in the forest and the mountains NW of Char... but I'm mapping more than that for future expansion.

Char is located between Drako Canyon and the Cursed Forest. It will serve as the PC base from which they will adventure.

I'm laying out the whole country in broad strokes in case the PCs want go elsewhere.

Working on a #TTRPG setting for #Dragonbane around the town of Char - so named because it was built on the ruins of Hoblingham after the latter was burned to the ground in the great dragon attack of 666.

#Roll20 VTT. We've made Rollable Tables & used Marcos to make buttons for monster attacks, magical-mishaps, & such. If we paid for the full rules on Roll20 would it also have these tables as auto-generating? Not sure if we would pay for rules we already have (lush) physical copies of. #Dragonbane

Battlemap for The Dead Eyes Cave from #dragonbane (went a little nuts with the black marker). But I do like the idea of separate map sections. Hoping it makes for a slower more dramatic reveal for the players.

Any tips for initiative on Roll20? There is an excellent character sheet available on Roll20, but what’s the best way you have found to manage initiative? I’ve created a custom deck, but not sure how best to use it as the Turn Tracker is still a mystery 😁🎲⚔️
