A honking long motorcade just went past my place, presumably part of Mark Carney’s investment circus. To my knowledge, no cyclists were struck and no investment bankers were inconvenienced by the bicycle lanes. #cycleTO #Toronto

We have a responsibility to take the lane.

Section 147 of the Highway Traffic act says: keep to the right "where practicable". That's completely up to the cyclists' interpretation. If you don't feel safe, its not "practicable".
