Arcadion is incredibly funny when you think about it in Brambleverse terms. Here's a tiny 40-year-old man wading in to throw hands with a bunch of teenagers.

To be fair, Roscoe didn't do all of Arcadion, but he stepped in because Yuyuka was not comfortable with Vamp Fatale

EW replay update:
Roscoe, overhearing Alisaie invite Yuyuka to the Last Stand for a coffee, decides that in order to ensure everything goes smoothly the most obvious solution is to run to the markets to buy a cap that will flawlessly hide his identity, and hide behind a flowerpot

Fun fact: the first time Yuyuka met Thancred, she was working in Tailfeather on white mage duties, and he was running around naked in the chocobo forest having been deposited out of the Lifestream in his birthday suit. It was unfortunate

Working through 5.5 on the #Brambleverse replay and Yuyuka has met Estinien for the first time. While Alisaie has had enough of this man, Yuyuka found herself bonding with him over their shared hatred of Allagan tech - or any tech, for that matter

Thinking about lalafell lore. Another thing that accidentally worked so well with the Bramblewoods is that Roscoe is descended from Mhach and Yuyuka from Nym. These were lore decisions we made separately, some from before we start co-writing. One brings shadow, one brings light!!
