I like when councillors flag things "for the public" about how, say, a partner organization has been using up their reserves & will need to make a bigger budget ask in future.

Yeah… these orgs aren't flagging that for "the public's benefit." They put that in there for YOU, councillor. #yqrcc

PCC notes that they do have mention of a new Floral Conservatory in their master plan but that only indicates that it is an allowed use. They do not have a development plan at present for the Conservatory b/c they don't have resources to support one. #yqrcc

I'm going to listen to PCC's budget presentation in the background. If something radically different from last year's budget comes up, I'll let you know. #yqrcc

Up next, it's the Provincial Capital Commission with their budget presentation. They're asking for the same money as last year. #yqrcc
