The Ann Arbor (@a2gov.org) City Attorney has not taken the Constitutional the oath of office. They only took one after I submitted a FOIA request for it to make it appear responsive, which I appealed.

This is a chronic problem in throughout Michigan.

office of the Ann Arbor City Attorney. The City granted your request and produced the
oath of office for Atleen Kaur, Ann Arbor’s City Attorney signed August 24, 2026. You
appeal on the basis that the oath was signed after the date you submitted your FOIA, so
it wasn’t the “current” oath of office as of the date of your request. You request an
acknowledgement that the City’s response was deficient and either production of an oath
of office that existed as of August 17, 2026 or certification that there was no oath of office
as of August 17, 2026.
To the extent that your request only sought an oath of office that was signed before
August 17, 2026, no such records exist, so your appeal is granted.

I wanted to know how much EPA spent on admin leave after 1000s were paid not to work, often for months

So I filed a #FOIA —> EPA denied me —> I appealed —> I won

And EPA spent almost $200M on leave

Many never returned to work
