The Eagles lose both games during the preseason icing teams with mostly Goatheads. Starting tomorrow, the Eagles will get a huge influx of players depending on how many pass through waivers. First game is Oct 3rd in Tucson. #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Hunter Miska has come into the net to complete the game for the Eagles #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Kovacevic tries to swing momentum to the Eagles as he drops mitts with Joe Flemming with no luck #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Halfway through the 2nd and the game is being dominated by HSK. They have doubled up the SOG on the Eagles and any time the Eagles get the puck HSK is on top of them smothering them #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Reilly Connors has returned to the ice for the Eagles #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

🚨SHORTY ALERT! 🚨
Rilen Kovacevic, who was part of the Rookie Camp roster and initial camp roster, steals the puck and snipes a shorthanded goal to tie the game! He is on an AHL contract and likely to play in NM. #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

end of 1st, Eagles down 1-0: Eagles held to 4 SOG entire period, but a lot of the players are getting a ton of ice time with 2 out. Connors still has not returned to the game from injury. Eagles are lacking an exit strategy and it is showing right now #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Saige Weinstein heads to the box for high-sticking with 30 seconds left in the 1st to give HSK their fist chance on the PP for the day #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Sloan Stanick of HSK slips a shot through the 5-hole of Saville to take the 1-0 lead. As the Eagles play two men short.... this will be a tough one. #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Only 5 potential Eagles in the lineup today with the late send downs from the Avs #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO

Reilly Connors, who was hopeful to make a push for the Eagles' roster is heading down the Tunnel with the trainers. Eagles now playing with 10 forwards and 6 defensemen. #Avs #GoAvsGo #EaglesCountry @HockeyMtnHighCO
