Palate: Toffee apple, ginger, dates, treacle (sticky toffee pudding), slightness of cherry, cocoa bitterness, peppercorns, light smoke overtones
Palate: Medium body with a touch of astringency. Dried fruit, baked apples, dark chocolate, vanilla, dark berries, caramel toffee, charred pineapple, subtle smoke, softly tannic oak, baking spices and a prickle of cracked black pepper
