Cold vs. Heat: Which Temp Burns More Calories?
Any extra calorie burn from exercising in cold or hot temps is minimal. Fortunately, I´m chronic underweight due to #SLE.

最近通院をサボってるんだ。
歯医者は猫さんに突然異変が起こった件で一旦キャンセルし、再度予約し直すと言ったものの面倒で電話してない。
皮膚科は薬がなくなりそうだけど面倒だから予約してない。
外反母趾と巻き爪が要対策なんだけど面倒だから予約してない。
サボったらヤバイ膠原病内科とメンクリはなんとか行っている。

もう通院はイヤなんじゃ。

Does Alcohol Affect Your Kidneys?
No alcohol at all here due to my oxycodone (opiat) pill that I have to take every 12 hours. Due to my #SLE my kidneys´re at risk anyway.

How Prednisone Affects Your Heart.
I´d started with 100 mg/day after the #SLE diagnosis in 08/02, 10 years after the outbreak, my longtime dose are 5 mg/day, an ECG in summer of 2024 showed a "mild heart insufficience".

#MedCase - Although neuropsychiatric involvement is relatively common in #SLE, slurred speech is an exceedingly rare presentation.
