Just talked to the vet about their entrance, which doesn't comply w/ the ADA.

Indeed, they have a sign that says the door is hard to open, so pull hard.

Explained not everyone can, in fact, "pull hard".

She said it's come up before w/ other #disabled patrons.

I suggested MAYBE THEY FIX IT THEN.
