Peace is my comfort,
After a childhood filled with shouting.
Sometimes though you have to speak up,
Be counted, even when its hard.

If two children can resolve
their differences without a fight
why can't adults do it too
Why shed blood
when there are other ways
to resolve conflicts
to mediate
Isn't civilisation advanced enough
to exist without wars
