⛳ Mental Reset After a Bad Shot

Take 3 deep breaths. Accept the shot - you can't change it. Walk to your ball thinking about your next shot, not the last one. Your routine resets your mind.

💭 Breathe, move on, next shot.

Not weighed myself since early June as I was convinced I'd started to gain weight again but bit the bullet so I'd have a reference point for a new effort to lose some lbs ..turns out I've lost a further 6 lbs ! That's almost 2 stone since end of last year. Just 5 or 6 lb more probably to go. #reset

Oh, I thought of a C-drama you might like - #Reset. It’s short (only 15 eps) and is very gripping. I watched as it aired and was on tenterhooks day to day. There’s a crime to unravel but it’s also making insightful commentary on marginalised people in society. And there’s a soupçon of romance. 10/10
