I kinda winged it with this one. Couldn't think of anything particularly clever or "mathematical", so I just manipulated a 2D fractal I made by wrapping it around an elliptical area.

An ellipse does not have a simple formula for its perimeter. While there are many approximations and calculus-based methods, I approximated the perimeter by using a polygon.
