The problem is *still* that state owned firms could build these platforms but won’t (because, for example, DB won’t sell Flixtrain), and third party platforms (Trainline, Omio) can’t because they can’t get the data or on the right terms #innotrans

It’s pretty hard to nail the lines on the passenger package crisply. I did as well as I could. The crux: passengers need a platform or platforms where they can book any ticket to anywhere in Europe for the best price. Passenger package, done right, should be able to deliver on that. #innotrans
