Rather than adding water to it, I’ve started swirling it in my mouth before I drink. Seems to have the same effect but doesn’t dilute it. Means I can go back to it after a few and see if my slightly tipsy taste buds have changed

Water ramps up smoke, makes it sweeter, plus Caramel chocolate bar, Fudge bar, Twix, raspberry ripple ice cream, strawberry ice cream, apple sweets, hot buttered toast with pulled pork and apple sauce. Sweet smoke, apple jelly and buttery croissant with damson & ginger jam finish #BenromachWhisky

the 15 finish is quite long, theres smoke, theres spincy ginger warmth and theres a dryness thats good, but still has the fruity notes throughout!
