It's been a wet and windy morning here in Flagstaff with light-to-moderate rain showers and winds gusting to ~50mph. 48h rainfall at KFLG is 1.13".

Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
