Had a nice sloppy run. On schedule was 5km recovery run at 6:10 but felt too good. I ran a short easy run instead and enjoyed the autumnal atmosphere a lot.

Morning #RunningPunks. No Sunday Social with the Dengie 100 Runners this morning as loads of us were doing our local 10k put on by the Rotary Club. Great fun as always although I could have paced it better. Definitely flagging by mile 5. Random playlist favouring The Wildhearts quite a bit today 🤘

Trail / Long Run

Traditional saturday morning long run with one good friend. The other one has a race tomorrow. First run this season that started in darkness and rain. But we enjoyed the run a lot.
