Noble night have a bit of trouble though. He would probably try and use his chain weapon (a chain with razorlike attachments) to saw off Godzilla's legs.

It all depends on if Godzilla counts as a faunal lifeform. If yes, Weslea would assess his pheromonal markers and then make use of pheromonal communication as an Omega to calm him.

Then he'd encourage the kaiju to go back home.

This isn't ending well for my lot. They're not seeing a threat, they're seeing a new friend who's just misunderstood. There's going to be an elaborate attempt at communication, and they're all going to die horribly 😂

Ahvram would look at Godzilla, look at himself, turn around, and run for the hills. He is not about to fight a giant nuclear lizard.

Ru...they'd definitely try to tame Godzilla. Who doesn't need a giant nuclear lizard in their back pocket? They might even survive...

Almost everyone would throw Tempest at a kaiju problem. Except for Van-Dal, because his people hunt draccs which are similar, and Rathin, who is himself a shapeshifting dragon, and a handful of the angels who are competent at averting disaster.

Godzilla is endemic to Earth, so attacking Godzilla would be strictly prohibited under the Interplanetary Terraforming Agreements. Now SpaceGodzilla, King Ghidorah etc? If they invade, call in the ma'jenn so they can boop their snoots and send them somewhere safe to rampage.

Seffin Phel knows when to fight and when to run, and he would definitely run from Godzilla. It's a medieval fantasy setting, so magic is really all that would work, but Seffin's no magician.
