A tiny moth with bright red wings accented with wavy yellow stripes and dots, sitting on the tip of a standing cypress leaf. It has a pointed snout and long antennae that sweep back over the wings. Pyrausta tyralis. The host plants are listed as Psychotria (wild coffee) which is rare, Bidens and Dahlias, and probably still-unknown plants.

A tiny bright coral pink moth rests on a mealycup sage flower. It has the same protruding snout, backswept antennae and pale legs as the Coffee-loving Pyrausta. Salvia farinacea is a host plant for the caterpillars. Pyrausta inornatalis. Oklahoma Northern Crosstimbers ecoregion 29a.
