Use this webcam to help time your South Rim arrival. Spring Break and summer, there can be long lines and up to two hour wait times between 10 am and 4 pm. This view refreshes every 5 minutes. Be sure to check the time and date in the image, to be sure it is current. The entrance station is about 1.6 miles (2.5 km) north of the gateway town of Tusayan, Arizona, and 4.9 miles (7.8 km) south of Grand Canyon Visitor Center.

This Logan Pass webcam shows the beginning of the Hidden Lake Trail, a popular hiking trail in Glacier. Hikers can hike 1.4 miles to the Hidden Lake Overlook for a view of Hidden Lake and Bearhat Mountain or continue another 1.2 miles (dropping 780 feet) to the north shore of Hidden Lake. This webcam is brought to you through a partnership with the Glacier National Park Conservancy. Want to see all three Logan Pass webcams at the same time? Is Crater Lake visible today? Sometimes the lake is hidden by clouds, especially in the winter. This view looks north across the lake from the Sinnott Overlook at Rim Village (elevation 7,100 feet). On a clear day, it takes in Wizard Island, Llao Rock, and Mount Thielsen. Image updates every 4 to 6 minutes.

Kolb Studio was the family home and photography studio of the Kolb Brothers, pioneer photographers at Grand Canyon. This image is from a research camera positioned on the southeast flank of Puʻuʻōʻō, looking toward the southeast. Disclaimer: The webcams are operational 24/7 and faithfully record the dark of night if there are no sources of incandescence or other lights. Thermal webcams record heat rather than light and get better views through volcanic gas. At times, clouds and rain obscure visibility. The cameras are subject to sporadic breakdown and may not be repaired immediately. Some cameras are observing an area that is off-limits to the general public because of significant volcanic hazards.

Middle Fork of the Flathead River, Glacier National Park

The Middle Fork of the Flathead River forms the southwest border of Glacier National Park. This view, from near Park Headquarters, shows the river as it flows under the West Glacier bridge. At night some of the lights of West Glacier may be visible. During the summer, watch for rafters. Several commercial rafting businesses use this section of river. In the winter, the only activity along the river might be the occasional coyote or deer or a really cold kayaker.

Check this camera for winter trail conditions. At this time, Bright Angel Trail is open to Havasupai Gardens. However, trail is CLOSED from Havasupai Gardens down to and including the Silver Bridge, through May 14, 2025, for waterline replacement. Drinking water stations at Mile-and-a-Half and Three-Mile Resthouses have been turned off for the winter. Water is only available at Havasupai Gardens. Verify that the time and date of the picture is current (upper right in the photo) Camera is hosted by Grand Canyon Conservancy. The image updates every minute.

North Entrance - Roosevelt Arch, Yellowstone National Park

This webcam is on the park's North Entrance at Gardiner, Montana. It shows current conditions at the entrance with Roosevelt Arch in the background. The arch became known as Roosevelt Arch after President Theodore Roosevelt, who was vacationing in the park, spoke at the ceremony to lay the cornerstone in 1903. The arch is inscribed with a phrase from the legislation establishing Yellowstone National Park: "For the benefit and enjoyment of the people."
