Wasp on Hosta flowers. Likely a member of the subfamily Philanthinae. This subfamily consists of three tribes; beewolves, Philanthini, weevil wasps, Cercerini, and ant-queen kidnappers, Aphilanthopsini. This one is feeding on nectar from this broken flower.
