My partner and I will have write and chill nights.

I’m part of a writing group that will hopefully return to workshopping next month (we are working on our lit mag rn).

I keep giving this answer and cringing from cliche, but you people here on BSky are that to me. I am often quiet, but following everyone's journeys and reading snips and slowly learning inside jokes is really energizing.

I dunno if they consider themselves #WhimsicalWriters but two I'm thinking of:

Friends and family are vaguely supportive. Mom has become more excited about it since I started getting stories published.

But my main IRL writing support has been my weekly writing group🥰

In fact, I just put out a collection based on my stories made during those sessions 😁

My brother is a direct writing partner and background helper goblin. He did the text on the cover of SaY (I made the back and spine). He made my website. He and I have collabed on lore our whole lives. We cowrote the Fah-Drael and Esraidambôl lore together.

Well we've gotten a ton of support and help for the move to the new job, so that's definitely the biggest help in my life right now. For writing specifically, the bsky community definitely helps keep the excitement and spark alive. My wife and my friend Rigs are my biggest pillars.
