Yesterday we won a preliminary injunction in Vasquez Perdomo v. Mullin against the Trump Administration’s DHS/ICE which prevents them from making arrests without a warrant without properly evaluating community ties and other important factors. We anticipate that this injunction will significantly reduce the number of arrests. From downtown LA to the fields of Oxnard ...
