#SPEYWhisky finally, the Fumare - in the glass , it's like a Chenin blanc and quite leggy. On the nose I get a metallic peated note, rusty, dry earth, there's a vanilla & pink grapefruit note hiding in there somewhere, mackerel skins too

I think the Trilogia is going to be my favourite of the night - and I usually love their Fumare but this will be hard to beat #SPEYWhisky

Water reveals much drier but fruitier dram – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, loganberries & plums. Palate with water: honey, apple & pear. Dry malt & oak, cinnamon & ginger. The peat earthiness has elevated but the smoke has backed off.

Finish: More pepper & ginger, with a more prominent oakiness.
