In the 2010s I got additional asthma, and in 07/22 additional ME/CFS. But I #NeverGiveUp, I keep fighting.
My chronic diseases won´t bring me down so fast. I can´t win, but obviously I can keep #SLE at bay,

Newly Diagnosed? We’re Here for You, I´m an "old" #SLE patient, I´m 55 1/2 now, it broke out in 1992, together with then 2 other auto immune diseases, but wasn´t diagnosed before 08/2002.
Actually I´ve been flare-free for 10+ years so far.

I have hypothermia and had it ever since #SLE & Co´d broken out in 1992 yet, right now I´m so cold that I could actually wear fleece or thermo clothes and winter socks yet, as if it was the deepest winter yet.

I live alone, actually I have 3 digital thermometers that I use below my tongue because I´m always hyperthermic due to the #SLE. Not all at the same time, of course LOL.

No wait, I think here it´s the GS or CE plus the UV safe label, I messed it up, but it´s been 10+ years since I´d bought my last sunglasses at the optician store. I avoided the sun due to the #SLE since then.

Due to #SLE (since 1992, but not diagnosed before 08/2002) my kidneys´re at risk anyway, and I really don´t want to get #LupusNephritis.
I´m lacto-veggie, but no low-carb or keto supporter at all.

Due to the #MECFS that´d caused horrible pains in my whole body yesterday (Or were it #SLE flare symptoms???? I don´t know) I got up at 2 am German time yet, after having slept for about 11 hours. Outside it only cooled down to 20°C/68°F in SW Germany.
