I think it was homage becuase all he did was use his cultures type of music and turn it into a popular and well arted song. He didn't reuse any lyrics just the same beat that has been used for decades before. #hwa3 #sampling

Welp I guess I just answered this previously, but I dont think its theft, I think its homage to a great song. At the end of the day, you don't sample something that you don't think sounds good, so it's keeping the beat and memory alive for many.
