Tip: clip supports off while the mini is still damp from the wash, before the final cure. Fully cured resin is brittle and takes little divots with it. Soft resin lets the contact points shear clean, and you sand half as much afterward.

Tip: check FEP tension by flicking the film with a fingernail. It should sound like a small drum. A dull thud means it is slack, and a slack FEP is why prints pull off the plate before the supports ever fail.

Started writing the open date on the bottom of every resin bottle. Turns out the one I had been fighting all week was six months old and thickening. Not a settings problem, not a supports problem. Just old resin I could not see aging.

Hot take: a wash and cure station is a better second purchase than a second printer. Nobody's print quality is limited by machine count. Plenty of us are limited by a lazy rinse and a guessed cure time.

Resin does not bend, it snaps clean, usually at the thinnest part of a weapon you picked the model up by. Gluing, when a joint needs a pin, filling the seam, and blending the repair back into the paint.

Tip: your IPA is spent when a drop on a paper towel dries tacky instead of clean. Cloudy is not the tell, film is. Spent IPA leaves a sticky layer on the mini that cures into a haze you will blame on the resin.
