Looking for recommendations for an instance to create a #Peertube account to post videos of a podcast in Danish about culture, politics and personal experiences of these times we're living in.

Tips on appropriate English peertube servers are very welcome.

I needed a lightweight library to control PeerTube embeds via postMessage for Sikio. So I wrote my own. It might be of interest for others too.

Sikio, my little media player, has hatched. Podcasts, YouTube and PeerTube channels in one self-hosted inbox. I no longer miss a new PeerTube or podcast episode, and YouTube doesn't confuse me any longer.

When I was researching for this episode, a major highlight was finding an activist writer who's affectionately nicknamed "Che Gay-vara," or "El Che de los gays".

I’ve got a question – how long does it usually take to transcode a film? I’m asking because I’m not sure whether I should switch off my computer or carry on waiting?
