Beautiful Vingis Park #parkrun in 🇱🇹 for our tourist adventure this morning. A lovely two-lapper with a short, sharp hill to wake you up 😬. Fab volunteer team of course - thank you Andreas!
Plus, in a parkrun first for us, an air raid warning halfway round...!

📖 This week’s run report is written entirely in verse by Marshal Point 5 favourite Mike Bennett! 🎭
Expect milestone celebrations, gentle Crumpler teasing and a plea for donations after a summer spent roasting at MP5. 😄

Continued growth of the event had resulted in "increased pressures" on the site's infrastructure and facilities, a statement on Parkrun's website said.

Tutus at the ready!

Did you know that when parkrunday falls on the 22nd of the month, it becomes Tutu Day?

So, for our 22nd birthday, we want to go one step further with a sea of tutus at parkrun this weekend 😍

Who’s in? 🧡

Medal Monday! 🥇✨
Whether you smashed a race this weekend, paced a friend, or collected a shiny new medal for the first time — today’s the day to show it off. Happy Medal Monday!

When I’m not running, I’m apparently lifting things. 😂
Not quite the same as a Saturday morning at parkrun, but it keeps me moving. Just 16 minutes will make a decent difference.
There’s always something to do when you’re not running. 💪

🎉 Help us celebrate 22 years of parkrun next Saturday!
We’ll be joining parkruns across the UK for #22gether and, naturally, we’re encouraging tutus. 🎀
Any colour. Any style. Any level of fabulousness.
Bring friends, bring family.
