38' Lordy, Yaz Ryan nearly pulls off the heel meg on Savy King, but King just gets her leg in there. Had Yaz pulled it off, she was alone on goal. #LAvDEN

34' Sveindis Jónsdóttir with a big shot at goal. Kaleigh Kurtz stays straightens her body for the block. Locked close to a handball, but her arm was tucked into her body naturally. Still, she did look at the ref just after. 😅 #LAvDEN

30' HUGE SAVE ABBY SMITH

Stretches out all the way to her right and swats away a powerful back post shot from Niehues.

Safe to say she's back. Is wearing a brace of some sort on her right knee. #LAvDEN

29' Ayo Oke absolutely LEVELED Evelyn Shores shoulder to shoulder in the box. Ayo got both the ball and the woman. 😤 #LAvDEN

28' Emma Regan with a painful giveaway as she tries to loft it over the LA mid but doesn't get the height. Ball goes the other way QUICKLY to Sveindis, who speeds past both CBs in pursuit. KK and Reid catch up enough force a hold up. #LAvDEN

25' Niehues was the injured Angel City player. Looks to limp a bit not he get up. #LAvDEN

24' Pretty inexcusable from ION to go to commercial during an injury check and come back AFTER Angel City nearly score a goal on a set piece. #LAvDEN

23' Borges presses Sheehan into a giveaway as Summit try to build out of the back. Emma Regan sliding saves the day to regain possession on the counter. #LAvDEN

21' Lindsey Heaps is HUNTING the ball. Causes a panicked pass from Sarah Gordon to fall right to Yuzulki Yamamoto. #LAvDEN

19' Delanie Sheehan with THE SAUCE.

Hops over the stabbing leg of Sarah Gordon and slots a dagger of a pass straight through to endline. Yuzu Yamamoto just late in getting to it for the cutback. #LAvDEN

17' Yaz with some nice footwork to send King's hips left and right, opens up space, and sends a lofted cross over the head of Yuzu, who had tucked into the back post. #LAvDEN

11' Chance Summit

Sonis feeds Ryan a ball from left into the left center channel. Yaz turns on the ball, between the RB and CB, and shoots.

Might've picked out the upper right corner if not for a massive stomach block by Sams. Ball had enough power on it to knock the wind out of Sams. #LAvDEN

10' Chance Summit

Sheehan with a nice one-two with Kössler, fires the ball off on the return and just sends it over the crossbar. #LAvDEN

9' Chance Summit

Yuzu with a clever no look, first touch shot from the right--on a fed to her by Heaps. Anderson saves. #LAvDEN

4' Denver Summit with a near carbon copy of the early Angel City attack on them: Heaps from right to Sonis on left, to Yaz in the middle to MK and over the bar. #LAvDEN

3' Chance Angel City

Shores puts a ball in front of Niehues, who beats KK on positioning toward goal, and can't get enough of a foot on it but to put it in Abby's waiting arms. #LAvDEN

2' Dicey sequence for Summit, as Angel City tacks back and forth between Abby Smith's goal posts until finally Sveindis heads it over the crossbar. #LAvDEN
