Stones pushing each other around sounded fun. Turns out it was mostly annoying 😁 So I removed it from LETTERBANE, simplified some enemy effects and made Phrase Stones work with any valid word.

Sometimes removing things makes a game feel better :)

Working on UI of the game. Souls games definitely came as an inspiration for it.

I personally haven't worked on UI as much on previous projects, and now building a whole UI system is quite a challenge. But I'm so up for it :D

For the past 6 weeks, I've been debloating my game and managed to bring the size down to 56.4 MB in a raw folder, and it's projected to reach ~77 MB once exported

The debloating was done by compacting most single sprite files to a spritesheet and converting .wav to .ogg
