Palate: Rich, full bodied and slightly astringent. Seville orange marmalade, raspberry cordial, dried fruit, baking spices and a prickle of black pepper

Smokier than expected, with dill pickles, gravadlax with mustard and dill sauce, orange wheels, dark chocolate rose creams, Polo Fruits, blackcurrant Fruit Gums, blackberry & apple pie with vanilla sugar, and a book burning finish with blackberry and mint sorbet #BenromachWhisky

Stewed fruits, thickly shredded marmalade, orange oil, milk chocolate and then smoke. It starts off so restrained and then the flavours build. Amazing.
