I’m still convinced this quirky dive hotel-set story of Chia-haired dorkhunk Duane and his rascally lil’ bro Belial would’ve made a great sitcom. #BasketCase #31DaysOfHorror #CultClassics #HorrorSky

The Devils (1971) 😈
A historical psychological horror-drama film directed by Ken Russell, starring Oliver Reed and Vanessa Redgrave.

First time seeing it and it's on the big screen! #31DaysofHorror

Abruptio: A jarring, gory horror that fully embraces its twisted premise of a guy being forced to commit horrific acts. Grotesque, lifelike puppets bring this to life, with brutal visuals. The puppets make the horror palatable, therein lies the crux. Not sure about this one #31DaysOfHorror 15/31

#31daysofhalloween day 15. Lake Placid (1999). Great b-movie homage from the late 90's with fun characters, entertaining dialogue and a great big crocodile.

Day 15 - Ju-on: The Grudge. A lot of creepy imagery, dread filled atmosphere, and incredible concepts that are still effective even if some of the scares have dulled over the years (and repeated viewings).

Day 15 of #31DaysofHorror once again keeps the animal theme (ish), but on the other side of the world. Turns out there's a #KillerWhale about in Australia, and people are messing about in the water...

Oh go on, let's throw all of the creatures in there with some #Reanimal. Animal kingdom.

Not seen this movie before, but I’ve heard great things

Film #393 / Day 15.3: Sorry I Killed You

Wow. This was super kinda bad. Like, I've watched comedies I haven't laughed at but they usually also weren't just a constant onslaught of unlikable people combined with some bad blood and gore. #31DaysOfHorror

I rated Double Blind (2023) 6/10 #31DaysOfHorror www.imdb.com/title/tt1472... bit boring.

#31DaysofHorror Day 15 - Damien - Omen II (1978). This sequel’s continuing misadventures of a young Antichrist misses Richard Donner’s storytelling clarity and directorial flair, but the elaborate death scenes are still hugely entertaining. #Filmsky

My Bloody Valentine (2009)

Who doesn’t love a trashy remake from
the late 2000s starring Jensen Ackles ??!!!

HOKUM
A playful & inventive Irish folk horror from Damien McCarthy that has a light touch amongst the dread. A handsome film (very Wes Anderson) & the characters are well drawn, but Scott feels miscast and it runs out of steam a bit. Creepy though!
