My piece this morning devotes 4K words & 12 topics to why we need to #BlocktheMerger with #NoConcessions. In it, I quoted AG Bonta calling Ellisons' threats blackmail, repeatedly calling the merger illegal, stating Paramount doesn't get to break antitrust laws.

Now he may cave? That'd be so weak.

@agrobbonta.oag.ca.gov Don’t cave into David Ellison’s demands. WBD must stay separate permanently. No consolidation, no concessions.

#BlocktheMerger

This is something that people need to read before jump up and panicking. This does a better job than those main media outlets.

"Let’s be clear: Behavioral conditions do not work. That’s what California’s Rob Bonta has said repeatedly – and he’s right. They won’t save jobs, preserve choice, or prevent price hikes." #BlocktheMerger #NoConcessions

God if AG Rob Bonta caves on this, what a let down. for months he's led the effort to #BlockTheMerger and now we're hearing he's about to cave. What's changed here? What do they have on him?
