#100HorrorMoviesIn92Days 59/100 & #Hooptober 6/31+: Dracula (1958) (aka Horror of Dracula)

Something in the very first scene of this film makes it feel like a sequel to a movie we never got lol. Fun film tho, I can see why it has such a strong reputation! boxd.it/1STA

5th film of #Hooptober done.

You know when a film has dream sequences, Wes Craven is not gonna slack. Love the on-location production and tropical mythology.

#hooptober watch 3!

Hammer tries to reboot Frankenstein to make him sexier and funnier for the youth market. It goes poorly.

Yes, I have 51 other horror movies I haven't watched on my list, but I'm rewatching Critters right now so that I can watch Critters 2 and 3 for my #hooptober challenge.

I'm sure I don't really need the refresher, but hey, I loved this movie growing up, so why not revisit. 1 <3 Scott Grimes.

🎃 #hooptober Film 3:
👾 ALIEN ROMULUS

Fede Álvarez liefert wieder verlässlich ab und zollt dem original Alien Respekt, ohne es einfach nur zu kopieren.

#100HorrorMoviesIn92Days 57/100 & #Hooptober 5/31+: Ring 2 (1999)

Interesting sequel to Ringu that takes what I've seen described as an Exorcist 2 approach to expanding the lore, for better or worse lol. Had a good time with this overall, tho. boxd.it/1Y60

4th film of #Hooptober done.

I think with the chronological placement of this one and the slightly experimental shift in tone with the previous sequel, I was kinda hoping for something more interesting with this one. But in the end, I'm probably just getting too old for this torture porn shit. lol

A whole lot of fun!
