The Luminhaven Chronicles will be a 6 book series. I have the remaining five books roughly plotted out already. It's spiritually a bit of a sister series to @alliecampbell.bsky.social 's WIP this fall (in that we branched off of the same TTRPG campaign and we're aiming for 6 books). #FirstDraftFall

I try to write everything as a cohesive standalone but, given I'm inspired by things like James Bond, I like the idea of it being eventually a series of connected books that build towards something overarching.

Probably overthrowing the government.

This is a semi-standalone book in that there's a clear resolution, but as a magic school book there's always next year! AKA if a publisher bit off on 6 books it's gonna be 6 books. I could be so lucky! #FirstDraftFall #WeeknightWriters

The Hostage Agreement is a duology (Hostage Situation and Hostage Negotiation).

I'm working on the first book, though my planning includes taking note of everything I'll need for the second.

A series. One I've been working on for almost 5 years. I love Talitha Harbor. I want to finish the series, of course. I already have a prequel planned. But, whenever I finish that I'll have to keep writing something now and again. Otherwise I'd miss it too much.

#FirstDraftFall Fealty Among Bastards will be a standalone. That's the goal, anyway! And I fear that it may be a chonky one, too (currently estimating about 500-600 pages 😅)
