A westward trend with the most offshore tracks for this weekend have occurred. This is now gradually increasing confidence in a period of rain, wind and potential coastal impacts this weekend. The north/west extent remains a big question, though. #MAwx #CTwx #RIwx #NHwx #MEwx #VTwx

Strong high pressure dominates most of the week for New England. This will weaken and migrate west at the end of the week, allowing a coastal storm to move closer. Track will determine magnitude of rain and wind as well as inland extent. Coastal flooding will be a concern. #MAwx #CTwx #RIwx #NHwx

Tracking a coastal storm that might turn into a nor'easter late Thursday/early Friday.

Models are split on a classic nor'easter with gusty winds, heavy rain, & coastal flooding to a complete miss.

I'm thinking we see more of a clip than a miss here.
