Jesters and LLMs both sound clever and confident, but that doesn't mean they actually understand anything. They end up confusing us by mixing up our words. In 209, that matters because it will show what can happen when our knowledge gets disrupted or disturbed by LLMs.

I think you are pointing out that when AI starts helping us create, we might stop doing the hard part ourselves, the messy thinking and rewriting which builds understanding. If AI smooths that we become more like editors and our own thinking gets shaped by what the AI suggests.

In this term, I would risk my grammar when writing responses. I won't be expected to be professional or correct in my responses, but authentic and weird. ill put emojis or lol or maybe a meme in my responses, because i now know its allowed. #hwa1 #herewego

I do feel like AI has led us to be less creative overtime because it has become good at getting large amount of work done in such short amount of time that it is hard for one to try and think creatively. This in turn is hurting new generations, AI should be a helper not the main source.

I have a hard time trusting ChatGPT sometimes, because it has given me answers that are so wrong with so much confidence, that I feel like I am not thinking right. I have to switch to a different LLM model just to double check that I'm not seeing things.

Talking about Shakespeare in our first class brought back memories from high school, when I somehow managed to remember exactly what was written on which page of his different plays. I really like reading his plays but it has been a long time since I last read one.
