#StudentsTalkPolitics Why is the U.S so focused on the middle east yet ignores the war crimes israel commits in the Gaza strip?

Criquiting the fact that some countries need to depend on the US intervention for safety seems a bit odd. I dont think they can do much other than depend on someone else to help them stand up for themselves. Maybe a different help approach is needed? #StudentsTalkPolitics

"Saddam Hussian was responsible for 1 million Iraqi deaths", this is why he was hanged in the end by his own people #StudentsTalkPolitics @studentstalkpols.bsky.social

When he said over 4,000 have died in Iraq, I think that's too many; the war needs to end. #StudentsTalkPolitics

Final U.S solider withdrawal from Iraq. Ex ambassador calling this a great victory. After 2 decades over there, what was accomplished ? What’s the state of Iraq in right now? Maybe we should ask one of their woman. #studentstalkpolitics @studentstalkpols.bsky.social

Oh my that is an insane amount of people that have lost their lives. This really needs to stop. He said there would be no wars yet here we are...
#StudentsTalkPolitics

Honestly this is so real. It's like any dumb idea from him is not even shocking yet disappointing as always

That's so insane to piece together that it is longer than a lot of us have been alive.. This new information is so shocking.

When will we see the end of the Ukraine Russia war.. Russian strikes killed seven people including a child... I know this happens in every war, but 4 years later they haven't come to an agreement to stop the war yet...

It’s really sad that something like that happened. But, just like after 9/11, I think accidents like this can lead to changes that make air travel safer. Hopefully, this will encourage airlines to make stronger safety guidelines and pay more attention to pilots’ well being. #StudentsTalkPolitics

I really hope it stays manageable as well. I can't imagine how many families are already going through this and how scared they must've been.
#StudentsTalkPolitics

At this point nothing would surprise me coming from him😭

I can understand why iraqs are celebrating the U.S. withdrawal, but concerns about ISIS returning are scary. Having independence matters, but can Iraq keep it's people safe with less U.S. support?

More than 2 decades of involvement in Iraq is so shocking to me. The US has been in Iraq for longer than I've been alive! Even if only by a few months.

we defeated ISIS? no way an ideology like that will die so easy. I'm glad we withdrew but I think it will come back and bite us in the ass as a nation. #StudentsTalkPolitics @studentstalkpols.bsky.social
