In some ways, Tarkar’s Bridge was much like an #island, separated from the rest of the world, yet still a part of it, requiring a hardy nature to reach.

As Dylan had suspected, the great storm in the atmosphere had an eye. An #island of calm among the tumult of winds that could crush a ship with ease, but still he took the Charon in.

He could use Magpie, keep the crew safe, but the Endmy ship, if there, would prove too much for the bird.
