Having worked as a toll collector on several A2 parking lots, including the Kline’s lot, I’ve witnessed directly how the space could be better utilized for the community as a whole. Flat lots were a wrong turn in planning. Ultimately, city council is headed in the right direction now. #a2council

Hot take: the real issue with the Kline's Lot sale is that there is still a downtown height cap. The lot would be much more valuable, and the city would gain a ton more if there was no height cap in D1, or at least a reasonable height cap (50+ stories).
